Neighborhood Notes:

• The property boasts 14 acres of woods with groomed riding trails which open up to another 140 acres of shared riding trails. 
• Down the road is the Fox Run Farm which has horse shows and trail rides (they have 40 horses of their own and they are trainers). 
• Around the block is a 70 yr old woman who has a antique & gift shop at her farm called Big Trunk Tree House.
